In 1947, Tabernacle members envisioned a “brick” sanctuary on the corner of Tennessee and Church Streets for the purpose of reaching people for Jesus Christ. Today, over 3 generations of believers have worshipped and fellowshipped at this location. Their vision became a reality!

Vision

We fulfill our purpose by engaging in four Biblical priorities for the church - fellowship, worship, discipleship and outreach. Perhaps like no other church, TBC is strategically positioned in our downtown location to shine the light of Jesus to our city and the surrounding community.

Opportunity

Our generosity initiative, SEEK will enable us to replace the south end of our campus in order to send a welcoming message to our community, one clear point of entry to the church, provide adequate student ministry space, and effective administrative space for the church staff.

Solution

The proposed building will provide a dedicated space for our youth and students, a welcoming entryway for our community and new office space for our staff and a suitable space for weekly ministry to visitors and members
